Turas would like to employ a part-time gambling specific counsellor.  The post is offered for a 12 month period on a 2.5 day week contract and is based in Dundalk.

Reports to: Clinical Manager, Turas

Location: Turas, 59 Clanbrassil Street, Dundalk

Hours: 17.5 hrs per week

Salary: €45894 pro rata

Duration: 1 year contract

Introduction

With funding from the Gambling Awareness Trust Turas is now in a position to offer a part-time counselling post.

Turas is a not-for-profit community addiction service based in Dundalk, Co. Louth. We work with people from across the North East who struggle with addiction issues. Through motivational work, harm reduction, one-to-one counselling and group therapy we support clients to deepen their recovery and forge new lives for themselves.

Our aim is to create a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where people can receive support with their addiction.
