The Structured Day Programme enjoyed an excellent day out at Shellinghill beach, Templetown, with art therapist Tia McCaughey. The group, who are attending a 15 week programme in Turas, used the day to reflect on the changes they would like to make in their own lives. It was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
